Personal Injury Claims

If you have been involved in an accident that was not your fault, you may be entitled to financial compensation for the injuries you sustained and any associated losses arising from your accident. Such losses may include but are not limited to:

  • Any loss of earnings incurred due to injury-related absence;

  • Any future loss of income should your ability to work alter;

  • Any care or assistance you received as result of being incapacitated from your injuries;

  • Any adaptations you have made or will need to make to your home or car as a result of your injuries;

  • Any medical or travel expenses you have incurred or are likely to incur in the future.

Our specialist solicitors have over 30 years’ combined experience in securing compensation and acting for clients across England and Wales. Our Solicitors are able to provide a free, no obligation assessment of your case at the outset and will talk you through the process of making a claim, answering any questions you may have.

What type of injury claims can we help with?

We can provide advice on any type of personal injury claim including:

  • Accidents Abroad

  • Accidents at Work

  • Defective Products

  • Road Traffic Accidents

  • Slips, Trips and Falls

How long do I have to make a claim?

Typically, you have three years from the date of your accident to make a claim for damages. However, in all circumstances we would recommend that you contact us at the earliest opportunity in order that we may review your matter and provide our initial assessment.

How does no win, no fee work?

Following your free assessment, we will advise you on whether we think you have a case and the funding options that may be available to you.

The majority of our cases are handled on a ‘No Win No Fee’ basis, for which we would enter in to a Conditional Fee Agreement with you. Simply put, this means that there are no charges for you to pay upfront in order to pursue a claim and if for any reason your case is unsuccessful, you will not have to pay our legal fees*

If your case is successful, your opponent will pay most of your legal fees that have been incurred, with the remainder of our fees being deducted from your compensation award at the conclusion of your case.
