Sophie Holdsworth
Sophie joined Farnworth Rose straight out of college on an apprenticeship scheme for business administration. Once she had completed the course she spent some time assisting in the conveyancing department alongside developing the case management system and workflows for all departments. Sophie is a testament to the investment in training and development offered by Farnworth Rose as she has been able to work her way up and has recently been promoted to Operations Manager. Her role includes a wide range of responsibilities such as IT, compliance, training and marketing. Sophie now has10 years’ experience in the industry and is excited to play a part in the future of Farnworth Rose.
