Conveyancing
Emma Moore is Head of Residential Conveyancing at Farnworth Rose and been with the firm since 2014 whilst graduating with a First Class Law Degree and becoming a Chartered Legal Executive.
Emma is responsible for ensuring all aspects of compliance in the conveyancing department, IT and processes, staff management and business development working closely with estate agents, mortgage brokers and developers up and down the country.
Emma and the expanding conveyancing team are dedicated to providing excellent client care and handle the conveyancing for local and nationwide clients on sales, purchase transactions including freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered title, transfer of equity , remortgage, new builds, buy to let, purchase of freehold reversion, auction sales and purchases and equity release/lifetime mortgages.
Emma won Conveyancer of the Year at the British Conveyancing Awards in 2021.
