COVID 19: Farnworth Rose Remote Service Update

Whilst it remains business as usual here at Farnworth Rose in providing clients with a range of legal services, we are aware the current COVID-19 outbreak necessitates us to heed and implement advice and guidance both from the government and medical experts.

In doing so we will be seeking to ensure current events cause as little disruption as possible. Although, we recognise some disruption may be unavoidable and we ask our clients to be mindful of this in the event of a deterioration in the situation in the UK.

As always we remain committed to providing our clients with a first-class legal service and fulfilling their requirements.

The majority of our legal services can be dealt with by phone, email or post. We can take initial instructions and provide services such as drafting Wills and LPAs remotely.

Where it is required that we ‘see’ the client, for example to ensure clients making a Will or LPA have mental capacity, we are able to use technology to help via Facetime, Skype, WhatsApp or any other video communication.

In the event of being required to work from home, the firm have contingency plans in place to allow staff to do this effectively and continue to provide the same services.

As always we remain committed to providing our clients with a first-class legal service and fulfilling their requirements.
