Farnworth Rose Awarded Lexcel Quality Mark Once Again

We are pleased to announce that Farnworth Rose has again been successful in retaining the Law Society’s Lexcel Practice Management Standard with our assessment finding no non-compliances and identifying 15 areas of good practice.

All assessments are undertaken by an independent body, with our assessor commenting:

“It is clear from this assessment Farnworth Rose Solicitors continues to maintain a sound Lexcel standard. The directors have continued to invest in IT systems and hardware improvements and this has enabled the quick and effective establishment of homeworking necessitated by the current crisis. Standards of client care continue to be excellent and the firm continues to attract and retain clients.

Farnworth Rose has an effective management culture that is based on openness, approachability and good teamworking. Learning and development has long been a strength of the firm and continues to work very well. The firm continues to develop people from their entry level positions to positions of greater responsibility in the firm, acquiring skills and qualifications as they progress.”

Director Janet Lalor commented:

“To come through our assessment with no non-compliances is a testimony to the hard work undertaken by everyone in the company. I am extremely proud of the team and the way they have adapted to the challenges brought upon us by the Coronavirus pandemic.

Lexcel accreditation not only benefits the company by improving our standards of risk management and compliance, but also demonstrates to clients our commitment to providing a high quality legal service to individuals and businesses throughout Lancashire.”
