Farnworth Rose Awarded Lexcel Once Again!

We’re delighted to announce that Farnworth Rose has again been successful in retaining the Law Society’s Lexcel Practice Management Standard.

Following a thorough review, the Lexcel assessor commended the firm on many areas of good practice which showed either a diligent approach to complying with the Lexcel requirements or identified areas in which the firm was operating above the expected standard.

The assessor’s report particularly praised the firm’s training, development and internal communications with staff, stating:

“Learning and development remains a strength of the firm. People are developed to positions of greater responsibility in the firm and achievement of relevant qualifications is encouraged and supported.

Systems are working well, and people have continued to work to meet client needs. Staff were kept up to date on developments and the directors checked that everyone was managing as well as possible with home working arrangements.”

The assessor found people across the firm to be welcoming and helpful with a number of staff involved in the interview process stating Farnworth Rose was the ‘best firm ever worked for.”

Director Janet Lalor said:

“We are delighted to have been awarded Lexcel once again and to receive such praise from an independent assessor is a great achievement. Against the challenges of the last 12 months and the pressure on the property department due to the stamp duty holiday, this is even more pleasing.

I am extremely proud of our team and their commitment to meeting and exceeding client expectations time and time again.”
