Farnworth Rose are actively seeking a Litigation Administrator to join our team!
Due to the restructure of the Litigation Department at Farnworth Rose, an exciting opportunity has arisen and we now require a full-time Litigation Administrator to join our team!
This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced environment with an established and well-respected name to deliver exceptional administrative and secretarial support to our solicitors and clients within the legal department.
The role:
You will be responsible for all daily general litigation tasks, including:
- Taking new instructions from Clients and setting up new files;
- Liaising with Clients throughout matters, providing updates, obtaining info etc via telephone and email;
- Completing requests for Medical Records in accordance with GDPR;
- Arranging appointments with Medical Experts;
- Assist with obtaining disclosure and witness statements
- Processing invoices and billing and chasing payments
- Contribution to keeping the workflows and standard documents up to date
- Diarising Court Orders
- Correspondence with Court
- Filing and Serving Court Documentation
- Preparation for Trial/ Court Hearing (Arranging Bundles, Tel Conferences, Booking Counsel etc)
- General assistance to Solicitors

Essential:
- Experience in this area of law
- Previous experience working within a law firm
