New Build Plot Purchases
When working with developers our aim is to improve the speed of the transaction and ensure there are no bumps in the road, keeping all parties informed throughout.
Though the entire conveyancing process can be dealt with remotely, we have offices in Nelson and Barrowford, which clients can attend if they prefer. We are members of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) and are Lexcel accredited, the Law Society’s Practice Management Standard. This means we are on all mortgage lender panels and work to a strict set of standards in relation to client care.
When working with developers we will:
- Liaise with the law firm acting for the developer from the outset and agree upfront the standard enquiries that will be raised on each plot, saving considerable time compared with the client instructing an alternative firm.
- Provide the developers sales team with an online quotation system, allowing them to produce an instant ‘all in’ conveyancing quote for the purchase of the new build property and related sale if applicable.
- Provide a single point of contact for all properties on the development to reduce time on sales progression calls.
- Supply supporting promotional material on the conveyancing process and our services, which can be co-branded.
